Outrageous Mastery Phenomenon
July 4th, 2008
My possessions are on a truck and on their way to Texas. Moving is not something most of us look forward to but I am grateful that this move went so smoothly.
Having learned years ago to plan well in advance and not wait until the last minute, I arranged for people to come to my house almost two months ago and begin packing up my belongings. Everything was ready and organized when the truck came to pick It up.
I had a wonderful crew of men that loaded everything and they had a lot of laughs along the way. I served them pizza and pop – so nutritious.
Joe, my son-in-law has lifted weights for years and I told him we could now see if all those muscles really worked – or if they were just for show.
When they went to move one of my sofas, eleven $100 bills flew out. They were honest and brought them to me. The truck driver absolutely refused to let me pay him for organizing the loading. What I had previously calculated would be a day that cost me $1000+, turned out to be a day where I gained a net $500. Not bad!
What I have found is that when you direct your creations, they usually turn out better than you expect!

Do you ever struggle with disciplining your children?
I am at my daughter, Lisa’s home in Sacramento, California and I want to share with you an innovative way she has begun to discipline the two oldest of her three young children.
Julietta is seven years old and Katerina is five. Like most children they tease and fight with each other on occasion. Katerina (Nina) is always full of energy and if she isn’t actively doing something she will find someone to torment – usually her older sister or younger brother.
My daughter realized that her method of discipline needed to include a way for Nina to use up her extra energy – so Lisa’s method of discipline has been to have them either run laps around the inside of the house or run up and down the stairs a given number of times.
Not only do they have to do laps or run up and down stairs, they have to continually say what it is they will not do again.
So this is what I hear quite often during my visit: Little feet running up and down the stairs or through the kitchen and family room while their little mouths are saying something like, “I will not hit my sister. I will not hit my sister. I will not hit my sister.”
Now, from my vantage point, it is hilarious and totally adorable and it is all I can do to not laugh while I watch it. But, you should know that it is effective! So I thought I would share this brilliant idea with you. It may help you create more peace in your home. (And maybe a bit more laughter.)
Julietta and Nina

Dear Sasha,
thank you for the story of your daughters innovative discipline technique. It was absolutely perfect for today and lightened my heart some. Today my kids were arguing over leg space on the pillow and my daughter (the vociferous of the two ) hit her brother to wack him off her leg. My husband yelled at her and deprived her of all the fun stuff they had planned for the 4th including the fireworks. My daughter was heartbroken and I was livid( and still am). It helped me so much to hear the way other people handle this growing up phase and helped me feel not so alone. Thank you. Rebecca

Sasha, I LOVE the discipline idea, and I read it to my sister (with 2 young kids who I adore). She laughed just as much … I can not only picture it, I can hear it too!
For that matter, maybe I should try it on myself when I fall down on something I’ve committed to
I hope and trust your move went well, and your new place is ready and waiting for you to fill with wonderful memories and moments. Happy 4th July, too!
I have a story in progress I want to share. I only bought your OM book about a week ago, and read it in one day. I couldn’t put it down, even though after the train journey to work ended I had to. Then when lunch ended I had to again. At least it was done by the time the train got home so I didn’t have to a third time!!! It took a bit longer to get OM2 and the playbook but once I had that I got stuck into it, and the day after I started I realised I had managed to manifest $50 over and above the income I want to replace (lottery win, affiliate commissions and I even found some on the ground…). I shared that story with my sister and joked around that next I wanted a weekend where I got $500.
Today is saturday, and without having done anything but housework I logged on and found that some articles and reviews I’d put up a few months back, about some other self-help products I’d tried out and enjoyed, to my blog at http://www.crystalsquest.com had resulted in a quarterly payout of $196.11! I logged in to check and discovered that 576 people had clicked on the link I put in - I had no idea so many people were reading my humble blog, but that’s definitely not bad for a first commission payment! My paypal balance is now over $200, so at 10am on Saturday I’m already close to half way there…
Needless to say I intend to blog every step of how OM pans out for me just like I did back then. I’m having FUN!!!
Yours in Xcitement!
Crystal

I’m a 18 year old from south african. I work just make a living i started at the age of 17 after i finished my grade12 because my mom passed away and my aunty couldn’t afford to take me to university, lord knows i struggled to come to terms with that.It was hard for me to adjust from being a school kid to being a young adult. but funny enough out of all my fear and insecurity i became a very strong and self confident young woman. i’m still swimming in the pool of catastrophe, but soon i will be walking on the shores of victory in love and in mastery i will successed!!!

Dear Sasha - thank you thank you so much for all this wonderful uplifting free stuff. I have not been in the right frame of mind for some time now (most of this year) and have just been saving your emails until I felt up to it. Today I started opening emails from the beginning of May and downloading all the ebooks and reports. The little bit I have glanced at,seems awesome. I dont know how you manage to give so much for free but its awesome and I am sooo grateful for it.
PS YOUR GRANDDAUGHTERS ARE GORGEOUS (I have an 18 year old son)
thank you again

Thank you Sasha for sharing this story of your grandaughters with us. I was very amused at this very simple disipline technique. Although my children are perhaps to old to test this on, I do have grandchildren who could benefit from this suggestion and plan to offer the idea to their parents. I’m sure they will love the idea as much as I did.
