I shared with you how we got a 1450 square foot office right after I moved to Texas and increased our staff. Before that we had pretty much been a two-woman and then a one-woman and one-man company.
Now, three months after moving into our new office we are upgrading to a 3000 square foot office and hiring ten new people. We will have this completed within two months – by the first of January.
Why am I sharing this with you?
Because once you learn the skills to powerfully and quickly create – life changes!
It always requires us to step outside of our comfort zones as well as requiring us to take action when the ideas and opportunities come. And the ideas and opportunities always come.
It requires us to think differently. It requires us to act differently. But the rewards are immense.
When the OM business was mainly me, my consistency to use the strategies I had developed always affected how the business did.
Now, we are many. So last week I went into the office and met individually with each one and shared with them how their beliefs are and will continue to affect the success of OM just as mine do.
I told them that if one or more of them has immense fears, that will stifle our growth. If they are not doing their Moment of Outrageous Mastery®, they will miss out on the incredible opportunity to grow and gain wealth with us. We are a team and as a team we must be united in our beliefs. Our unity and power will quantum leap us into whatever goals we set and it will happen in easy and powerful ways. That is how it works.
